Benefits and vacation days are good. There is now insurance for pets. 401K is there. There is always a higher paying job out there, but this has a good work/life balance that can be achieved.

I believe the compensation package is too low for the work. I get no stock - which is nearly unheard of these days. The benefit package is seriously short and heavy on the employee.
