Jamie Walker started his career in New York City in sales and marketing and residential redevelopment in lower Manhattan before joining Jet Linx Aviation in 2002 to help develop the Company on a national scale.
Walker is responsible for the business development and strategic vision of Jet Linx and has ushered in a number of industry-leading initiatives. Walker spearheaded the launch of the Company’s Jet Card and Aircraft Management programs in 2004, replacing the previous Fractional Ownership program and establishing its own FAA Part 135 certificate. He also introduced its city-specific local private terminal model in 2009 to expand the Company on a national scale while preserving its local five-star customer service approach. In 2019, Jet Linx became the first official private jet company recognized by Forbes Travel Guide for its five-star training and customer service experience.
Walker works daily with Jet Linx team members in all departments and positions to further develop and enhance the Company’s programs and processes, sales and marketing, branding, culture and industry relationships. Under his leadership, the Company has developed a strong brand promise to its team members, clients, vendors, and partners, and has established firm core values that guide the Company in all aspects of its decision making.
Under Walker’s leadership, from 2002 to today Jet Linx has experienced significant growth in all areas – from one location to 20 nationwide, from four Company-owned aircraft to over 120 managed aircraft in the fleet, and from 20 employees to over 625 team members across the country.
Jamie and his wife, Haley, have three sons, Beau, Reid and Landry, and one daughter, Lillian. Jamie is involved in the Omaha community and has served on the board of the Children’s Hospital & Medical Center Foundation, the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), and the Aksarben Floor Committee.
