Customer service- spent the night at JFK on May 16. People sleeping on floors and counters. No hotel or food voucher offered. This experience for most seniors could be very detrimental to ones health. In fact several ambulances were summoned to the airport that night.
Telephonic service is ridiculous with 160 minute wait times.
Its the only HR department Ive ever know to purposefully avoid the employees that have sought their counsel. It must run from the top down.

They just promote anyone who doesn’t talk back

How do you feel about JetBlue Airways's future?
In the near term I feel good as far as the long term goes we need upper management that has a true game plan and in depth understanding of the industry that we operate in Our current management team uses our airline as a spring board and ATM for all of their philanthropic endeavors.
Hopefully it will last long enough for management to be replaced.
We are all praying that we are bought so that we can get away from incompetent management.
How innovative is JetBlue Airways?
The wheel is always being reinvented.
They claim to be, but I haven't seen it in years.
Not much. They try to ride the coattails of businesses like Uber, and Air BnB.
How does JetBlue Airways handle HR issues?
Poorly.

HR us the enforcement arm for company policies. Employees are routinely forced to prove themselves innocent...instead of the opposite.
