Used to be an amazing company to work for and now it became the worst including our leadership! We are not treated the same was as when we started...its going downhill!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating us more fairly and with respect.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my co-workers, it is the only positive thing that keeps me going!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I cant speak of that now since I was hired 20 years ago and a lot has changed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lead by example and show us more respect by making our wages more comparable to at least industry standard.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are the lowest paid in comparison to our peers at other airlines. We havent received a raise in over 8 years!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Starting with the TOP leadership: we need them to return to treating us more fairly, paying us better, giving us more benefits, better work rules and less people behind a desk telling us how to do our jobs. We need a leader who leads by example, and we dont have that today at any level! Very sad!
