Management has lost site of the foundation of what the company was built. They need to bring humanity back to treatment of the crewmembers and provide financial compensation to crewmembers with raises, profit sharing and incentives
Policies that benefit inflight crewmembers are not upheld; feedback from the work group is not respected, dismissed and not taken to implement positive change for crewmembets and customer experience. A pay raise and adequate compensation in situations when operational issues fail.
