Pay us all fair wages and don’t try and monetize fake culture to make up for compensation.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We need someone who actually knows how to run an airline and lead people. This place has NO rudder.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They have no idea how to lead. They use outdated ideas and buzz words to try and motivate a very underpaid undervalued work force.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

These are not leaders. Leaders lead. Our MANAGEMENT use spreadsheets and historical data to make disconnected non real time and wholly reactive daily operational descisions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I make 30-40% less than my peers for doing the exact same job while our profit margin ins one of the highest in the industry.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The “culture” here is purely window dressing. I’ve never experienced a company that cares less about employees while crowing from the rooftops about how much they care.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Actions speak WAY louder than words. Incentivize using money instead of fake culture. Morale is the worst I’ve ever seen an mgmts answer is balloons and ice cream trucks.
