These are not leaders. Leaders lead. Our MANAGEMENT use spreadsheets and historical data to make disconnected non real time and wholly reactive daily operational descisions.
I make 30-40% less than my peers for doing the exact same job while our profit margin ins one of the highest in the industry.
The “culture” here is purely window dressing. I’ve never experienced a company that cares less about employees while crowing from the rooftops about how much they care.
Actions speak WAY louder than words. Incentivize using money instead of fake culture. Morale is the worst I’ve ever seen an mgmts answer is balloons and ice cream trucks.
