Jetblue pilots are highly trained and some of the most professional aviators in the nation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Jetblue pilots are compensated at 30-40% less than our peers. The pilots have been negotiating with the company for over 3 years for a fair and reasonable contract that is standard in the industry. Jetblue's corporate greed knows NO BOUNDS!! CULTURE is non existent.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Over three years in pilot contract negotiations, and the company seems to find new ways to stall and drag out negotiations for as long as possible. Jetblue needs to recognize the importance of its pilots, we will not continue to work at a discount any longer!!!
