
There are 2 cultures at this company. One external, which they advertise everywhere, which is false, and one internal, which is the true culture. This company has constantly taken away pay and benefits from their employees. Sometimes overnight via an Email.
Ontime performance is absolutely atrocious. We have a goal of being on time of 55%. That is unacceptable. They refuse to invest in the airline to make changes that will actually improve our metrics, and waste time on changes that have little to no effect on performace.
There is a lack of understanding in management of the true day to day operations and what goes on ar corporate headquarters. There is a lack of oversight when an idea is implemented by somebody in management that has no idea what a real life airline is supposed to operate like.
