We need to stop putting each group against each other and start rowing in the same direction for the common goal.

When the company makes 51% more money than the previous year, plays a shell game with our profit sharing and then keeps it all is down right greedy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Creating a better work environment, paying market rate for their labor force, and actually running the airline to get people from point A to be and stop blaming it on others for there short comings. Take ownership in your inability to manage and be more effective.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Be truthful with your employees, customers, and investors. Make a decision with Europe, the EMB190, pilot contracts, and give the investors something to plan ahead with. Know one knows whats going on at jetblue anymore and we are loosing are core values with each take away.
