The management of this company will step on the backs of their employees to get their bonuses. The additional problem with this place is too many managers overseeing too few employees... the old adage of too many chiefs and not enough indians
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Jetblue pays market rate for its planes maintenance and fuel as well as gates along with airport user fees. They however deliberately undercompensate their pilot corps to the point that they are the lowest paid in the industry along with the poorest work rules of any airline.
