
This is a joke because JetBlue has no real leadership. We have culture police and figure heads but not one individual with the foresight or skill to run a major airline.
JetBlue needs to establish a chain of command. Every workgroup thinks they are in charge and that causes hostility and confusion. This often results in longer delays and no one to accept responsibility.
A total revamp, maybe a merger or aqusition with a real airline that knows how to focus on the business of moving people and airplanes rather than focusing on irrelevant social media issues and "culture". Culture cannot pay the mortgage.
This company nickel and dimes its customers and employees. I am sick of working for 50% of what my peers make with less benefits and more work. This company has made the error of placing executives over shareholders, shareholders over customers and customers over employees.They should learn from SWA
