What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company does not care about it's employees. It needs to fix wages, insurance, work rules, retirement, and a host of other things.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are just treading water. The company would rather we go out of business to maintain current profit margins, than pay market rates to ensure a generation of profitability.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
JetBlue has created a work space where each employee group is made to be a rival with others. It is not harmonious at all. Divide and Conquer mentality from management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we are paid 40% less than people at other companies that do the exact same job, charge the exact same price, have the exact same qualifications, exact same training, exact same performance standards.
