My team would be the pilots. I work with many professionals from many backgrounds. Without their extra efforts, as is with other work groups, this company would come to a grinding stop.
Culture is dead, Flight Attendants work in fear as well as some pilots. Nobody wants to loose their job but yet we all fear one wrong move will put us on the chopping block. The rule through intimidation needs to go away.
Jetblue does not realize the value of their employees. The culture that this company is so terribly proud of is one of fear. Fear that if you don't do precisely as told your job is jeopardy. Sadly, this company is currently a ship without a rudder.
Leadership seems to have no idea in which direction to take the company. They seem to make decisions based on pennies and those pennies come from the back of their labor which they seem to despise. Sadly, we need a leadership team with real airline experience and a team that values it's employees.
