What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicate communicate communicate. I feel that since our last CEO change the company has no clear vision or goals.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management that simply will not listen. Profit above all. A lack of leadership and a lack of a unified vision. No communication. I feel like the company is just lost.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

6 years ago I felt like we were all one team. Now I feel like the ELT is disconnected and with a lack of leadership the work groups are turning on each other.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pilots are not looked upon as team members they are seen as a group that you just have to deal with sometimes it feels that we are viewed as adversaries vs allies. Respect and a proper contract would help.
