Basically good people. Very poorly led. We’ve basically gotten to the point where we are just looking for worm bodies
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I’m 57 yrs old. Been working since I was 15. Hands down the worst “leadership I’ve ever experienced. This so called Diret Relationship they’ve been trying to sell us for 18 years is a Ponzi scheme at best. Ought to be ashamed of themselves.
