Not much. Lowest paid and worst benefits in the industry.
The people that get the job done are great, we just have horrible management.
We are not paid fairly, but at least we are treated poorly and like a number.
Have people do the interview that actually know how to do the job that they are interviewing for.
They only think of themselves. They blatantly tell the employees stories that are only partial truths at best.
It would be great if they would develop competency at doing their jobs. Or, better yet, hire competent people to replace them.
All we need is competent leadership with integrity for this place to get back to when it was a great place to be.
JetBlue management is clearly the worst in the industry and are horrible to work with. There is not an ounce of faith in them by the people that work here.
