Living by the same standard they expect from the employees. Establishing a vision, building a plan and executing on that plan. Our ELT appear to be incredible hypocrites and there seems very little clear direction or intent communicated from them that becomes actionable.
JetBlue is the most profitable airline in the US. Our ELT has conducted over $1.2BILLION in share buy back over recent years. I am compensated at 30%-40% less than my peers at other major US airlines. It’s time to pay all employees what they are truly worth.
JetBlue operates on this underlying need for hero culture. Everyone is expected to go above and beyond their required duties to just make the most basic things happen within the operation. It’s time we all take a step back and do our job and our job only.
