What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Improve work rules, compensation, retirement, benifets, etc... make this a world class airline, not a “steerage airline”.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop looking for the “goodwill” of me and my work group to operate the airline. Do your job and stop trying to do mine. Leadership needs to Staff the airline in a manner that will not over burden employees and create rifts due to greed.
