
Company is rated as one of the highest in profitability, yet somehow cannot negotiate honestly with their employees for a market rate contract. They enforce their "values" on the employees while not representing or honoring those same values.
Integrity. Provide the appropriate tools to their employees for productivity instead of using punitive tactics to enforce behavioral changes that have historically proven to be non-issues. Stop playing games with our careers and sign off on well-deserved benefit increases through the contract.
Management is not negotiating in good faith. They are more interested in lining their pockets and investing in activities that have nothing to do with our company's benefit than sharing the wealth that was created by the very employees who generated that wealth.
