Well for one they preach we have core values but don't come close to actually adhering to those values themselves. It's like a cult mentality.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

UNDERSTAFFED, OVERWORKED and UNDER COMPENSATED. Add staffing, that will take care of the over worked groups. Compensate your award winning employees (crew members as they like to preach) with market rate pay and benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lowest compensated work groups in the industry. The facts show we are the lowest paid but hardest worked. Culture means nothing when you're being worked to death for the lowest compensation package which includes the worst healthcare, vacation,sick and pay.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Our management team is built with "Yes men and women" who would rather ladder climb then do whats right. We add flights but don't have the staffing or gates. We over work what we have which is difficult on a good day, add weather and we fail. Management still gets it's bonuses.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We have such a fractured work group in individuals, it's not a team effort. It's more of a me effort. When a manager states "give me names of who doesn't clean for free, I want to personally track them down" it makes for a hostile environment. But we have culture and values, sure we do.
