Be honest with one another and management on how bad things are. Stop trying to cover up our operations inefficiencies with fake culture.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Are they really going to listen. The management thinks they have it all figured out already, but look at our on time performance.....they don't care about anything as long as we're making money. I think they are getting ready to sell this place.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They have no business running an airline. If the board of directors were smart (which they aren't) they would hire a Gordon Bethune, Herb Kelleher type to turn our operation around. This company makes money in spite of the terrible all around management...top/ middle and line.....
