The company needs to stop focusing on Wall Street and focus on your employees. If they do this we will take care of our customers. Right now I could care less.
They are 100% responsible for the discontent at the company. They blame unionizing on our stagnation when in fact the union was a reaction to unfair compensation forced upon us by the company.
