
Management needs to recognize the employees by paying them competitive wages. The team spirit is broken, employees just aren't as motivated to go the extra mile like they used to be.
Employee's have lost motivation to work hard. We read articles about other airlines getting huge profit sharing bonus checks, and advancements in pay. When we work hard and create record profits, they elect to buy back stock and prepay taxes for years in advance. Really dissapointing.
No surprise that the Wall Street Journal rated jetBlue as the worst airline in America. Management keeps reinventing the wheel on how to stay on time, without address the common sense items that require investing money. So each year, a new committee is formed to try again and fails.
So many broken promises! The employees keep working tirelessly year after year to continuously raise the bar higher with new record profits. Was told when hired that I would aget paid industry average pay - yet that has not happened at all. Each minor pay raise is followed by a benefit cut!
