What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to just admit the JB that used to be is gone, and they are happy about it and move on... Stop pretending they actually care about the "culture" its clear as day they dont. ha ha

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management have lost the vision that JB was founded on... Its all about the money now... They have created monsters (flying public) and they will happily let the monsters eat their employees and enjoy watching the fodder pick through their bones...

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My coworkers arent the quality people that have a true passion for the airline industry of 3+ years ago. Mngt want people that will be excited about working for JB breifly, but will move on in 2-3 years when the fact they dont have the passion for the airline industry shines...
