What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership is completely out of touch with the front line operations. "Culture" is only lip service.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company espouses a culture of happiness, but they continue to unilaterally erode benefits and pay, so the workforce is largely disgruntled.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a pilot; I have a MS degree and Military experience. I am paid approximately 40% less than my peers at major airlines. First year pay at this airline is extremely low.
