
Cannot be fixed without major overhaul of marketing culture. This ship will slowly sink in a decade or so because of the short-sightedness of management.
Clearer, fewer defined goals. Make it simple and then everyone will understand the end goal. I also cannot tell who is what department because the uniforms are so similar.
compensation changes frequently as in profit sharing for example. process just changed in exchange for miniscule raise. overall company profits soared while employees received much less total compensation under new rules. typical slight of hand by management. they did same thing with Healthcare, etc
Currently this is the 3rd CEO since I've been here. My immediate VP of my division is the 9th in 16 years. think about that for a minute! Every leader wants to make changes to show everyone that they are making changes for the better and it always just confuses the process. Rules on top of Rules!!!
