Horrible compensation! So low that we have Flight Attendants and Pilots standing in the welfare line for food stamps!

Severe hostile work environment brought on by unqualified leadership and management. The leadership is out of control and lack decision making skills.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is NO leadership and what leadership we do have are either unqualified, disinterested or sleeping with another employee, or all the above. It is common for leadership to practice nepotism and favoritism, therefore treating other employees unfairly, with EXTREME amounts of wrongful terminations
