Overall slide in performance in every category. We used to be the best and now we're near the bottom.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. On time performance and managing the airline in bad weather. They are just too cheap to plan ahead and have reserves available.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to stop penny pinching and get out of the way. Let people do their jobs and pay them for it.
