focus on collaboration and team-building, less on competition and two-faced smile/cut-throat race for promotion.

focus on making an enjoyable work environment, not a wall street chasing cold-hearted atmosphere.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
nice flight benefits and 401k match (10%). Otherwise, far under-paid compared to the industry and compared to NYC standards.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
stop chasing Wall Street and focus on your employees and in turn employees wil take care of the customers and the company will thrive and shareholders will be rewarded. do it in reverse and the company will crumble.
