We need new leadership to be successfully on time. There’s no accountability with ontime performance.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too much focus on charity and pride events. We need to focus on serving the customer by giving save air travel that is on time. The majority of our flights are delayed.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Let pilots hire pilots, not HR hiring pilots. Pilots should be involved with hiring flight attendants too. Remove any cognitive tests for pilot interviews and replace it with a full motion simulator test of basic flight skills.
