My immediate crew members always have great attitudes and smiles on their faces. (Except JFK)

Consistent, strategic, controlled growth. Conitinuous focus on culture and brand identity. Always puts employees concerns first. I love jetBlue!!!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Just signed a new labor agreement that brings our compensation package in line with our peers. Wages have increased substantially and new work rules that will improve working conditions
