Front line employees are mostly great people who want to do a great job valuing safety first.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Manager - Employee relations. Showing that we are appreciated. Not putting investors first 100% of the time

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A better profit sharing plan. Being asked to constantly do more and go the extra mile with no extra compensation or incentives.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better incentives to go above and beyond and more incentives to share in the company's success. A vision that comprises of something other than constant cost cutting.
