The executive crew killed the culture. My favorite thing about JetBlue is Friday at 5pm.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The analyst/senior analysts are the backbone and brains of the operation. Great people and pull more weight than they should have to. Airline would be dead without these crewmembers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being more transparent and open about the long term plans of the company. In addition, the executive crew gets involved in items that should be worked and maintained on a analyst/manager level, instead of focusing in on the survival of the company. Very scripted, fake leadership.
