My experience started off good when I first started years ago, but with how this company has changed (for the worse) and how it has treated its employees during the COVID-19 pandemic, my experience quickly declined. Every employee is burned out, overworked, and underpaid.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flight benefits are pretty good
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop micromanaging every single department in the office. That's why you hired Directors, VPs, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of my coworkers are great to work with, always willing to help each other out when possible.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The COVID-19 pandemic has made this company (and leadership team) show its true colors. This company does not care about you. From unethical pay cuts, mandatory unpaid time off, extreme micromanagement, the list goes on for how this company treats its employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Senior Leadership team has diminished what little culture was left. The only way to improve culture would be to do a cleaning house and replace all of the Senior Leadership team. Even people who have been with the company for 10-15 years have noticed a rapid decline in company culture lately.
