The COVID-19 pandemic has made this company (and leadership team) show its true colors. This company does not care about you. From unethical pay cuts, mandatory unpaid time off, extreme micromanagement, the list goes on for how this company treats its employees.
Senior Leadership team has diminished what little culture was left. The only way to improve culture would be to do a cleaning house and replace all of the Senior Leadership team. Even people who have been with the company for 10-15 years have noticed a rapid decline in company culture lately.
