What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health issurance, dental, and vision; all works great

Everything is good and fresh

Review from Engineering Dept

I am not too sure

Didn't have one a compensation package

Mileage reimbursement. Gas prices are too high not to have some compensation.

Good I like it it's awesome

Review from Engineering Dept

I am fairly new so I am not completely sure about anything concerning compensation and benefits as of yet.

They now match retirement pay

Review from Operations Dept

They give away some of the aforementioned sauce.

Review from Sales Dept

I love the payment for the hours that I work

Review from Sales Dept

None until I reach management

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Sales Dept

It would be nice to get a higher rate for mileage when I'm a driver.

Review from Operations Dept

The benefits at jimmy jphn are awesome

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I make 16.50 with is a good a assistant Gm. There was no other benifits that i got.

Because I work harder than anyone in my store, 50+ hours a week, having held every position within the store over a decade. They gaslight me and disregard any attempts to help them, then turn and blame me for stuff outside my control so they can knock me back down because I'm "expensive."

A significant pay raise would make me feel more valued.

There is not respect in this company. When employees start asking questions, you are not longer a good employee.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I don't feel undervalued just underpaid. I do a lot for the company to keep deliveries possible

I personally have not been notified about me benifits, and obertime pay for holidays is not allowed.

I'm expected to be excellent, however my pay is minimized by every person who doesn't do the work that I do. Ppl that have not put the time in the shop that I have are compensated . But at my very best I couldn't come within 1% of what some in the organization make

Review from Sales Dept

Feel Overworked, taken advantage of

Review from Customer Success Dept

I don't get paid enough for the many responsibilities I have for my current position.

Paid equally and what im worth

Leadership feom higher ups in the company

Review from Operations Dept

Because I did all this work and I still haven't even gotten paid

If the CEO, buissiness owner actually gave me the raise he said I was owed 8-10months ago when it was just me and 3 others keeping an entire store from falling to ruin. Getting him to respond back to me to increase my hours instead of giving it to my own family members I trained and referred. Fair

I feel that a better pay would make me feel better

maybe a dollar or two higheror if the right people were hired so the few good ones didnt have to do EVERYTHING especially during lunch rush then i tbink my pay would be fair. the few good ones who want to learn, care about speedand accuracy fs deserve better pay bc of the people who r slow and rude.

I've no union to defend my job, my rights as a worker, nor my paycheck. Nor do my coworkers. I want $15/hour.

Higher paid, better meal on duty

I have since left the company and felt undervalued because I was expected to perform above and beyond along with most of my former manager's job whilst only being paid as an inshopper.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Having two different wages screwed me over when they started to tax tips at 30%. It made me lose over $100 from one paycheck to the other. I was using my paycheck to pay my bills and when I couldn't pay my car insurance, I had to go.

Review from Sales Dept

Minimum wage should be raised and everyone should be able to earn a livable wage.
