Review from Engineering Dept

Review from Sales Dept

What always makes me happy and comfortable is the fact that no matter who or what comes to you in life, they always have a smile on their face and they remind me to say Thank you.

Having fun with my coworkers

talking to my coworkers and making the sandwiches

I love my job, my coworkers, the work. You always know what is expected and what is supposed to be done

Review from Operations Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Managers are disrespectful towards customers and even one of my managers isnt excited to go to work

The owners are running this place into the ground. They need to actually invest into fixing the store and training personnel, both in the stores and upper management.

Everything need to be improved

Women treated better and policues followed

As a delivery driver, we ensure that your food reaches the community. Yet we get no car insurance help, no real, tangible benefits, low pay, and low hours. You could improve this by introducing a union to the entire company, no matter the owner. Force a union and you will see happy workers.

One way that the company could improve would be by conducting thorough background checks on all employees as well as consistent drug testing for managers, especially if concern is coming from one of their employees.

Review from Customer Support Dept

When you have to choose between paying bills or eating, things are tough

Review from Sales Dept

The company has horrible managers

Review from Sales Dept

unfair treatment. forced to work sick, equipment is broken and no one fixes it for weeks to months.

Review from Product Dept

If we had a new owner and manager.

Review from Sales Dept

JJ's is just a bit too stingy in certain areas. They also get very little night business outside of bar areas. They should improve their targeted marketing and add certain quality of life enhancements to stores to entice customers (Napkin dispensers, TV's, Etc.)

Review from Sales Dept

lack of stimulus for payment

Review from Operations Dept

Managers don’t help. They stay in the back of house and stay on the computer and don’t actually do anything hands on.

Review from Product Dept

Corporate does not resolve anything

Review from Sales Dept

My co-workers do not have a good work ethic.

Review from Operations Dept
