Letting employees eat, also informing that your cutting my pay

Pretty much none of them have been trained or if they have the owners tell ignore training. GM only has like a week of training and doesn't know anything about his position. Upper management do everything behind closed doors with little to no communication with staff and are cliquey.
Communication, with customers and coworkers. Especially the new employees, I did not feel welcomed
I make 16.50 with is a good a assistant Gm. There was no other benifits that i got.
Because I work harder than anyone in my store, 50+ hours a week, having held every position within the store over a decade. They gaslight me and disregard any attempts to help them, then turn and blame me for stuff outside my control so they can knock me back down because I'm "expensive."
A significant pay raise would make me feel more valued.
There is not respect in this company. When employees start asking questions, you are not longer a good employee.

I don't feel undervalued just underpaid. I do a lot for the company to keep deliveries possible
They don't hold meetings, nothing is effectively communicated. We're expected to follow directions and don't ask questions.
Being able to communicate better with greeting customers and new employees
Following olicies and protocol set in place
They need to do their entire jobs and not sit around, just waiting. If they were paid more, they'd be happier, too. It's stupidly simple, really. Jimmy John's pulls in millions of dollars a year and overspends on advertising. Stop it and pay your essential workers.
There were very few employees who have stayed with the company who had a positive impact on my particular store. Many have since left, leaving them with a mostly abhorrent staff. I was harassed, threatened, all by colleagues who were not let go because the manager was in desperate need of employees.

Accountability with the owners and upper management. Effective communication. Actual training.
Follow policies and procedures set forth by company
Work/lifs balance. The office has it not the field team
Review from Operations Dept
There needs to be a mandated training course for new employees rather than hoping they will learn on the job as well as sensitivity training.

Start by paying your employees a living wage. Next start a fund for driver tires. Then start giving regular raises. Then stop taking away manager bonuses when something vital breaks like the oven or heater or cold table.
Review from Sales Dept
Actually vetting applicants and explaining the details of the job before hiring them.
It needs to be more than a greeting and "when can you start?" Anyone will be hired regardless of whether or not they are even able to perform the job.
Review from Customer Support Dept
There was not an interview
Review from Sales Dept
Make it more favorable to people with no experience and difficult schedules
Review from Sales Dept
They really only hire friends or people they personally know instead of giving actual hard working people a chance
Review from Sales Dept
Managers are disrespectful towards customers and even one of my managers isnt excited to go to work
The owners are running this place into the ground. They need to actually invest into fixing the store and training personnel, both in the stores and upper management.
Everything need to be improved
Women treated better and policues followed
As a delivery driver, we ensure that your food reaches the community. Yet we get no car insurance help, no real, tangible benefits, low pay, and low hours. You could improve this by introducing a union to the entire company, no matter the owner. Force a union and you will see happy workers.
Mandated sensitivity training and consequences for irresponsible/ harmful actions.
