Kajabi still holds its soul for customers and employees however the company has certainly gone through some growing pains felt by my coworkers and me. I have a positive outlook for Kajabi, expect great perks and less than market value salary compensation.

This company does great work and they're lucky to be the leaders in their industry. People aren't as proud to work here as they used to be. I don't expect to ever be "wowed" by a promotion or raise. I was promoted to a role 2 tiers above where I was and received a meager increase.

Kajabi has been a wonderful place to grow in the direction of my ultimate goal. Unfortunately, Kajabi won't be the place where I can realize the dream I've been working to achieve. Thankfully they've been here every step of the way and I love them for it.

Reports I pull on salary for my position point to my salary being in the 30th - 45th percentile.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work in a cross-functional role where I get to communicate with engineers and build relationships. Working with my coworkers to improve existing systems as well.

I suppose I would like to know what contributing factors push my current salary so far below the "average" for my role/title. People operations have stated in the past that the 75th percentile is the goal however I currently make in the 25th percentile as stated by a paid salary report.

I'd like to understand the equation that results in my compensation. My job title is very misleading and makes finding accurate market value difficult. This is a problem because it's taking a lot of my power away. Help Desk Tier 3 Specialist seems fitting and sits at the 25th percentile here.
