
I feel like I still need to be at Kajabi for longer to answer this question. So far I feel like I have seen more work in progress towards my career development.
We have work to do on cultural and racial diversity and breaking down cliche nature of people who have worked for longer in the company. I don't feel safe, heard or motivated in this work environment and I hope to see action that improves this.

The high female representation on my department's Leadership team. For general Kajabi leadership I don't feel we are connected at all so I don't feel like I know them to answer this question
I feel there is still a lot of personal judgment within my coworkers, it feels very cliquey, and some new versus old negativity in my immediate team. I do not experience this so much in other teams I work with.
The fact that there is a group and not a small number of core people. I like the diversity of that. That there are new recruits within the leadership team bringing in new thought-leadership compared to old Kajabi thought-leadership which sometimes feels outdated.
