Mostly positive. Good boss, good peers though somewhat inexperienced, and great team members. Generally i'd say team members are a bit sensitive to things.

Cares about people's opinions, work life balance. Personable side of things.

A sound and fair equity plan that has been promised but yet to be true.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open, transparent, and not afraid to admit when they are wrong or don't know something. Open to listening for feedback, and not just lip service.
