Some ups. Some downs. Overall -- this is the most "middle" place I've ever worked. It's not fantastic. It's not terrible. It's just squarely in the middle in every sense of the word.

We're short-staffed, but I kind of like the pressure and focus that this brings to getting shit done. Not always -- but often.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very supportive of one another. I'm sure that there are, at least, some office politics. But Kajabi is easily the least political environment in which I've worked.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that Kajabi tends to pay below average compared to other tech companies. I'd feel better if I saw them commit to annual pay increases that at least keep pace with inflation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're honest and transparent about the state of the business. And they're also open to input and ideas from anyone at any level within the company. At Kajabi, the best ideas win, rather than the biggest titles.
