There are times that I worry about the company a bit because of growth vs expectations. Kajabi appears to be responding quickly to that issue. Aside from that I've enjoyed my experience, learned new things, had the opportunity to lead.
What makes you most happy at work?
Achievement. Shipping software, and having fun while doing it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Mahesh has been a very positive influence on the Eng Org. We've come a long way since he arrived.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Just a great bunch of humans, and highly skilled as well. We gel as a team, all have differing strengths, all motivated to level up weaknesses.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock and Bonus structure additions are great surprises compared to what was stated when I was hired. Health+401k max match were already great benefits. Salary is solid, raises now predictable
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm not sure how to answer about environment given remote. The company culture is great. When I was interviewing the recruiter told me "They have a really strong Jerk Filter", and that has continually been true.
