Biggest issue is not equal pay to my male peers and male leaders constantly asking women to do more work without the pay increase or career growth. And it is getting worse.

I feel my title is incorrect. I have the same title as someone else and I do double the work, operate at a higher strategic level, and have much responsibility. It's not fair. I also make as much as others in my industry with the same role and responsibilities.
