The level of competency that each and every employee has. This is the All-Star team.

We all have the same goal, and it shows. We're all OBSESSED about our customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love witnessing the "Ah-ha" moments in real-time during my live training webinars for our customers.

My manager is rooting for me and wants me to succeed. Same with the director of my department. Same with the vice president. Same with the CEO.

I have yet to meet one person at the company who isn't both competent in their role and also a genuinely good human. The people at Kajabi are top tier.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are easy to talk to, accessible, and they actually listen to what we have to say. They care about our customers, our staff, and the bottom line. Who knew you could do all three!

There is no "best" part. It's all over the top. Generous pay, opportunity to advance, getting paid to work out, 6% 401k match, top tier health & dental & vision, and equity in the company, too.

Thanks to Kajabi, I have the best dental, health, insurance, equity, and compensation benefits out of all the jobs I've ever had. When a company takes care of you like this, it's no longer "some job" it's now a career.

The people at the top care deeply about the well-being and happiness level of every employee here at Kajabi. We are taken care of in every aspect including generous pay, benefits, healthcare, time off, and perks that decrease burnout and increase productivity because we're not stressed out.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being a fly on the wall while our customers have that "ah-ha" moment is what does it for me. I know that every day I am going to have a positive impact on our customers and I'm going to "make-it-make-sense" for at least one person. It's fulfilling
