my team very much encourages us to use our unlimited PTO and to rest when we need it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
more money. a 3% pay increase when inflation is near 10% is laughable. i have seen my exact role being paid at other companies at 60% more than what i'm being paid now.
