The culture is the most important for me, although the decision making sometimes seems rushed to me, it's only because the company is looking to grow. So in certain way, I'm glad because it's giving me reasons to work harder, and learn more.

The communication is great, and the team always have the greatest disposition.

I believe my role is not junior anymore, and my compensation is junior level. Besides, I have received offers with 20% more compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything really, the culture is incredible. The best thing would be the way the team works and how everyone gets involved in solving problems instead of creating them.
