Great onboarding experience and enjoy the people-focused but results-oriented mindset the company exudes. My leadership is accessible and transparent where possible. I find there to be plenty of resources to find answers to questions. Folks are very collaborative.

Onboarding was smooth, activities that helped me get acquainted with my peer group, challenging work, career growth exercises being readily available, support from my leaders, plenty of opportunity to help mature the engineering org. I like the product and the people!
