What are some of the best things about your team?

Individual contributors are fantastic and one of the best parts about working here. Direct managers are also great and really care about their employees.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The best part is individual employees taking care of each other. The individual contributor truly is the best part of Kajabi as of now.

What makes you most happy at work?

Getting to feel like I am making a difference for our customers. Kajabi is often life-changing for our users, and that is so rewarding.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Leadership releases pay bands for each position but do not adhere to them. Employees are often paid far below market and tactics are often used to "get around" paying employees what they are worth.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Caring more about the employees and less about money. There is a common theme of leadership turning down or refusing pay bumps and promotions but still expecting work to be done that is well above the job scope of the individual.
