Everybody is smart, focused, and seem to have a growth mindset

All of it, just a bit disappointed about the 401K kicking only after 3 months.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am pleasantly surprised that folks don't send emails/ slack messages in the evening/ at night.
