It's been awesome! I've bought into the direction of the company, company goals, leadership.... But this was prior to the RTO policy. It's hard to be out a positive spin right now.

Unfortunately, culture has been degrading. The RTO policy and how leadership has been tone deaf about the policy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The company culture has changed and getting worse. Top down policy changes, RTO (Return to Office), for example. C level leadership has not been transparent and has exhibited that they don't care nor want to listen to employees about RTO.
